Directions

From the South:
On the A82, 4 miles north of the Stoneymollan Roundabout, Balloch (with the “Flying Geese”) turn left up the road signposted to Garelochhead, Shantron Farm is ¼ mile on your left. You will see the Shantron Farm B & B sign on the A82.

From the North:
On the A82, 4 miles south of the village of Luss, turn right up the road signposted to Garelochhead, Shantron Farm is ¼ mile on your left. You will see the Shantron Farm B & B sign on the A82.

From Glasgow Airport – 30 minutes:
Follow signs to M8 Motorway west with signs for Erskine Bridge and Greenock. On the M8 motorway travel for 3 miles.
At M8 J30 turn off on to M898 leading you on to the Erskine Bridge,
Turn left on to the A82 following signs for Dumbarton and Crianlarich for 14 miles. Thereafter follow directions from the South.

From Prestwick Airport via Paisley – 1 hour 30 minutes
Depart Prestwick on A79 for 2 miles
Turn left on to A78 for 5 miles
Turn off on to A737 for 26 miles
Bear right on to A740 towards M8 for 2 miles
At M8 J29 turn left on to M8 for 3 miles
At M8 J30 turn off on to M898 leading you on to the Erskine Bridge,
Turn left on to the A.82 following signs for Dumbarton and Crianlarich for 14 miles. Thereafter follow directions from the South.

Travelling from Edinburgh – via Stirling – 1 hour 40 minutes
Either on A8 or A720.
At Edinburgh stay on the A8 for 2 miles.
At M8 J2 turn off on to M9 for 24 miles.
At M9 J10 take the A84, west for 3.8 miles.
Turn left on to B8075, towards Gargunnock, for 2.2 miles.
Turn right on to A811, west, for 24.8 miles towards Alexandria and Erskine Bridge. After Balloch turn right on to A82, north
Thereafter follow directions from the South.
